“This is an awful moment for all of us”

🕯️Yaron Lishinsky and Sarah Milgram were shot and murdered outside an event for young professionals in the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington DC this morning. They both worked at the Israeli embassy and Yaron was going to propose next week to Sarah. The embassy said “The entire embassy staff is heartbroken and devastated by their murder. No words can express the depth of our grief and horror at this devastating loss.

Board of Deputies Chief Executive Michael Wegier spoke to Sky News earlier this morning about the horrific murders of two young Israeli diplomats – Yaron Lishinsky and Sarah Milgram – who were shot and murdered outside an American Jewish Committee event for young professionals in the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington DC this morning.
