Statement on Antisemitic Vandalism and Threats at University of Leeds

We are horrified by the situation at the University of Leeds. Hillel House – the centre of Jewish life on campus – has been defaced, and the Jewish chaplain has been subjected to calls threatening to murder him and his family. We are liaising closely with Union of Jewish Students (UJS), Jewish Chaplaincy and the local Jewish community, to do whatever we can to help in the face of this hatred.
