Expulsion of Ken Loach from Labour Party ‘would be the correct decision’

 

Board of Deputies President Marie van der Zyl has commented on the decision being made by the Labour Party over the continued membership of film director Ken Loach.

Marie said: “There are reports that Ken Loach is being expelled from the Labour Party. If so, this would be absolutely the correct decision. Over the last few years he has tarnished his legacy as a film-maker by repeatedly standing with antisemites.”
