ABOUT THE PROJECT:
The Board of Deputies of British Jews are creating an immersive, interactive, website which will be used to teach about Judaism in primary schools all over the UK. The website will feature short films of Jewish children talking about Jewish beliefs, life & culture – in synagogues, homes, kosher shops, schools and even a scribe’s workshop!
This is a voluntary role.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Confident, articulate, Jewish children aged 7–13
• Pairs of friends or siblings to film together are also welcome!
• Different regional accents are a huge bonus!
• Preferably based in the Greater London area (including Herts/Essex)
• No prior acting experience required
• Filmed by professionals
• Film crew are DBS checked
• Parent/guardian present during filming
