Board of Deputies ‘mourns the tragic news from Jerusalem’

The Board of Deputies released this statement following the news of a terrorist attack on a synagogue on Friday evening in which seven worshippers were murdered.

“We mourn the tragic news from Jerusalem, with seven murdered in a Synagogue on Friday night and a further attack today on those making their way to prayers. May the memories of the dead be for blessing, and may the wounded make a swift recovery.”
