Noah Katz Assoc CIPD is the Jewish Staff Network Support Officer at the Board of Deputies. They are responsible for our BoD@Work programming and look after Jewish Staff Networks to ensure that Jews in the UK are able to work in all parts of society.
Before working for the Board, Noah spent three years as a UJS Deputy and almost a year as the inaugural Chair of the Under 35 Assembly. They are a member of the World Jewish Congress’ Jewish Diplomatic Academy and the Vice Chair of Lancaster & Lakes Jewish Community.
Outside of the Jewish world, Noah is deeply passionate about the positive impact of student unionism and student politics after serving as Vice President Education at Lancaster University Students’ Union.
Noah holds an MSc in Human Resource Management, with a dissertation on the belonging of Jewish staff in UK Higher Education, and an BA (Hons) in Cultural Studies from Lancaster University.
