Mazel tov Her Majesty!
For 70 years, you have brought happiness, joy, and dedication to this country and to our community. Particularly, you have brought much delight to Holocaust survivors - and myself - in your encounters, including hosting an unforgettable reception for survivors on the 60th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau at St James's Palace, making a historic visit to Bergen-Belsen with the late Duke of Edinburgh marking the 70th liberation of the camp by British Armed Forces and generously bestowing honours to many beloved Holocaust survivors. You have enshrined Holocaust education and remembrance in the heart of what Britain is today.
As Holocaust survivor Paul Oppenheimer z”l put it, ‘from Belsen to Buckingham Palace, it’s quite a journey.’
Wishing you a hearty mazel tov on this remarkable achievement.

British Emunah
I, my late beloved husband Herbert and Family are observant Jews and proud British citizens.
We are ever thankful that we can live in this wonderful country "in quietude and ease where none shall make (us) afraid," since the time our parents came to these shores in 1946. My late father Joshua Ephraim Moses was a Barrister, called to the Bar here and my late Mother Sarah GEORGIANA Moses brought up 9 children. We Jews regard your Majesty's rule as "a reign of Chessed" (true unrequited love) where we are able to reach our potential, for which we Thank Her Majesty.
I am the proud holder of a British Empire Medal which your Majesty kindly awarded me in 2015. I hope that I have given back a little to my country in sincere gratitude and with heartful thanks.
Your Majesty is always in our prayers, be it during our Synagogue services, schools, meetings and celebrations, when we request our Almighty G-d to shower His blessings upon you and the entire Royal Family.
We congratulate your Majesty on your PLATINUM JUBILEE and thank you wholeheartedly for the the outstanding service rendered to our county and to the world at large. You have been a source of inspiration, throughout your long reign: loyalty and duty to country is your foremost thought - a true role model to your loving subjects. We wish you MAZAL TOV "to 120 years" like Moses our Teacher in good health, Shalom and Joy surrounded by your loving Family, Friends and subjects.
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord cause His face to shine upon you and be gracious unto you. May the Lord turn His face toward you and grant you PEACE." Numbers 6:24-26
Your loyal subject,
Flora Frank and Family

Across the country, every week, without exception, we say the Prayer for the Royal Family in our shuls. Since 1952 when Her Majesty the Queen ascended to the throne, there have been about a dozen versions of the Prayer for the Royal Family to reflect changes to the royal family: marriages and, sadly, deaths, as with the recent passing of Prince Philip. The one constant in the prayer throughout the last seventy years has been “Our Sovereign Lady, Queen Elizabeth”. Long may she reign over us. Mazal tov, Your Majesty.
