Jewish Festival Dates 2026–2030
Dates follow the Diaspora calendar. Each festival day begins at sunset on the “Eve” date and ends at nightfall on the following civil date shown as “Day”. Rosh Ha’Shana and Yom Kippur are collectively known as the High Holy Days. Dates in square brackets fall in the preceding Gregorian year.
How the calendar works: The Hebrew calendar is lunisolar: its 12 lunar months have 29 or 30 days, with an extra month added seven times in every 19-year cycle to keep festivals aligned with the seasons. Learn more on Jewish Living Online (JLO) or use the converter below.
