Prominent Jewish women create Twitter messages to mark IWD

To mark International Women’s Day, the Board of Deputies has given prominent Jewish women from a variety of fields a platform to create messages which we have been tweeting out this week under the hashtag #IWD2019.

Among the 19 woman whose messages we have tweeted out are TV presenter Rachel Riley, pensions expert Baroness Ros Altman , Holocaust survivor  Agnes Grunwald-Spier, Labour MPs Margaret Hodge and Ruth Smeeth,  and comedy writer Sara Rose.

Also tweeting their message were Board of Deputies President Marie van der Zyl, Senior Vice President Sheila Gewolb, Vice President Amanda Bowman and Chief Executive Gillian Merron.

You can see all the tweets at https://twitter.com/BoardofDeputies
