Condemnation for terror attack on Istanbul airport

The Board of Deputies of British condemns the terror attack on Istanbul Atatürk Airport yesterday evening which claimed dozens of lives.

Senior Vice President Richard Verber said: “There is nothing more cowardly and repulsive than indiscriminately attacking innocent bystanders at the entrance of one of the world’s busiest transportation hubs. It is clear that more needs to be done on an international level to combat the scurge of terror which these days impacts on all of us and knows no boundaries. Our thoughts and prayers are with those affected by last night’s attack and the Turkish people. We send our sincere condolences to the families of those killed.”
