Board of Deputies President condemns Essex graffiti attack

Board of Deputies President Marie van der Zyl has condemned a graffiti attack in Canvey island, Essex, after cars and garages in the area were branded with swastikas.

Marie said: “This is an appalling hate attack, presumably aimed at Canvey Island’s flourishing Jewish community. Hopefully the police will be able to identify and prosecute the low life who perpetrated this sickening crime.”
